Simphiwe has 13 years Executive Search experience and he currently sits on the Board of Trustees of Zondereinde Community Trust for Northam Platinum Mine. His experience includes identifying and managing relationships with large corporate companies in both the private and public sectors within South Africa and Rest of Africa.
